I've been on a blog sabbatical
As many of you can tell I have been on a blog sabbatical. I've just haven't had much to say. The Fall and Winter have been quite stressful for me. I've been feeling pretty blue and I am trying really hard to get out of my funk.
I let myself gain back some weight that I lost. I was only 12 pounds till my goal and I blew it! So not only am I going back to LAweightloss but I joined the gym in Dec. and I just increased working with my trainer from 1/2 hour, 2 times a week to one hour sessions 3 times a week. I will do it.
I've been taking an art course since the Fall. I have to admit it is one of my favourite parts of my week. I so look forward to it.
Zach has been out of his numerous casts and is walking around on two shoes. Thank goodness!!
All 3 of the kids are doing well and are enjoying just being kids. As they should be!
Mr. Carmi is enjoying his new office in the basement and is as happy as a pig in _ _ _ _ with all his numerous TV, radio and print interviews.
Frasier is a great dog and is so happy with us that he has gained 5 pounds and now we have to stream him down a little. It's okay Frasier, you and I will lose our weight together! :-)He is still cute as ever and gets into trouble by going through the garbage. Every once in a while he will become really submissive....as though he is in trouble (when his not) and we wonder what the previous owners did to him!?
Well I think I have filled you in on what has been happening . I will try not to let so much time pass before I write again. I've missed you guys!!

Nice to see you again! I've also been away from my blog for quite a while. I know how you feel. I am often in a funk, and really working to be in a better mood not only for me, but for my family as well.
Good for you for working out! I started last fall just walking with a friend 3 times a week. And now we are planning on doing a half marathon this summer (walking it, mind you!). I have noticed my mood is so much better on days that I exercise, so even though I don't love it, I wish I could do it every day.
We have missed you! Hope you'll soon be back daily.
